  • If we cannot access your property or delivery point due to obstructions, incorrect address, or site limitations, a re-delivery fee will apply.

  • If no one is present to receive the delivery, re-delivery charges will be added.

Installation Scheduling

  • Do not schedule installation or tradespeople until you have received and checked your order in full.

  • We are not liable for any costs or losses due to delayed or cancelled deliveries.

  • Glass should be stored upright, in a dry and secure location.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all dimensions, specifications, glass types, and other order details are 100% accurate at the time of placing the order. We strongly recommend double-checking measurements before submitting your order. If we make an error in the manufacturing process, a full refund or free replacement will be offered.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in GBP and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via our online system. Orders will not proceed to production until payment is received and cleared.

4. Production & Lead Times

Typical lead times:

  • Clear Glass Units: 24–72 hours

  • Toughened or Special Glass Units: 3–5 working days
    Urgent or express production may be available at additional cost and is subject to availability.

5. Delivery & Collection

  • Express local delivery (charges apply based on location and quantity)

  • Collection from our premises (by appointment only)
