Do you charge a call-out fee?
No Call-Out Fees: We do not charge a call-out fee. However, before booking a free home survey, we may ask you to send photos/videos of your windows or doors via WhatsApp or email to assess the repairs.
How much does it cost to repair a window or door?
The cost of repairs depends on the type of repair and extent of the damage. For an accurate estimate, we recommend getting a free quote.

What types of windows and doors do you repair?
We specialise in repairing uPVC and aluminium windows and doors, including double glazing.
We do not work on timber windows, sash windows, Velux or skylight windows, single or secondary glazing, water leaks or mastic replacement.
Do you offer discounts for multiple repairs?
Yes! We offer 20% off when repairing three or more upvc casement windows in the same job.
How long does it take to repair a window or door?
The time it takes to repair a window or door depends on the complexity of the issue. Simple repairs can be completed within a few hours, while special order parts, made to measure glass or more extensive repairs may take longer.
You'll be informed about the lead time upon order confirmation.
Do you offer any guarantee?
Yes, we provide a 1-year guarantee on all window and door hardware, hinges, locks, and handle repairs. For double glazed glass replacements, we offer a 10-year guarantee against condensation inside the unit.
Do you offer same-day repairs?
Yes, we aim for a fast response, and same-day repairs are available based on location and part availability.

Can I replace just one pane of the double glazed unit, or do both need to be replaced?

Yes. Every new double or triple glazed unit comes with a 10-year guarantee against misting and condensation between the panes.

Do you replace misted or foggy double glazing?

Yes, we supply and fit toughened, laminated, and obscured glass for added safety and privacy.
Can you replace double glazed glass in doors?
Absolutely! We replace glass in uPVC and aluminium doors, including patio doors, French doors, and composite doors.
How long does it take to replace double glazed glass?
After measuring up, we’ll send the glass for manufacturing, which usually takes 3-5 days (special orders may take longer).
The actual replacement time depends on the size and complexity of the window but typically takes 10mins to 1 hour per glass unit.

Full payment is required immediately upon job completion. We do not offer instalments, payment plans, or extended payment terms.

For repairs under £1,000, no upfront deposit is required. For orders exceeding £1,000, a 20% deposit applies.
All glass replacements, made-to-measure items, and special order parts require a 20% deposit to confirm the order.
