Having called Window Fixers with a seized patio door locking mechanism, they had someone round in a couple of hours. All repaired within 30mins with no hard sell for extra products and replacement panels (I had that from an established company). Great service. Will use them again and recommend to others.

Great Service, I called today at 13:00, my broken door was fixed by 18:00. I called around to a few different companies and got the same prices give or take £20, but I was given a 1 year guarantee with Window fixers, and because the door wouldn’t lock, they came out same day, for no extra cost. There was no pressure to proceed with a quote or make an appointment and I must state the Customer service was on point, when youre chatting over Whattsapp make sure you prepare your Emojis lol. Great experience with Window Fixers today. UPVC French doors on our garden office had become misaligned over time (and actually installed quite badly), Quick WhatsApp conversation with Window Fixers and someone was here fixing it 90 minutes later! He gave the doors and even the frame a full MOT and they now close and lock like a dream. Really impressive service and fairly priced too.

I just had my garden door glass replaced by these guys today, after I shattered it, they were really friendly and the service was smooth and easy. I'm really happy with the service and the advice given. The whole work took a week to complete. Amazing work! My window stuck wide open as one of the hinges broke. So I found this company details on internet. Easy communication through what’s up, assessment, quote and confirmation of appointment. I was offered same day service and very knowledgeable engineer came to fix my window. Both hinges replaced within 20 min and all working again. Great customer service and very reasonable price. Thank you. Will recommend and use it again.

We contacted Jay about our blown double glazing units, broken door and window mechanisms, drafty and misaligned doors. Their tradesman was very punctual and gave us honest advice on what could be repaired and what needed to be replaced.
