Having called Window Fixers with a seized patio door locking mechanism, they had someone round in a couple of hours. Great Service, I called today at 13:00, my broken door was fixed by 18:00. I called around to a few different companies and got the same prices give or take £20, but I was given a 1 year guarantee with Window fixers, and because the door wouldn’t lock, they came out same day, for no extra cost. There was no pressure to proceed with a quote or make an appointment and I must state the Customer service was on point, when youre chatting over Whattsapp make sure you prepare your Emojis lol. Great experience with Window Fixers today. UPVC French doors on our garden office had become misaligned over time (and actually installed quite badly), Quick WhatsApp conversation with Window Fixers and someone was here fixing it 90 minutes later! He gave the doors and even the frame a full MOT and they now close and lock like a dream. Really impressive service and fairly priced too.
