We used this company to fix a jammed lock on one of our UPVC windows in a tenanted flat. The price was much cheaper than another estimate we received. The company were very quick and professional in their communications with me. Availability for doing the job was quick. They communicated throughout on WhatsApp and I was able to send photos easily and receive my invoice by the same method. I paid via bank transfer. It was a breeze from start to finish. I would highly recommend them.

The issue of a broken hinge and locking mechanism was dealt with quickly. A technician arrived the morning after making the call and it was fixed/replaced within 30 minutes. All correspondence with on WhatsApp was quick and professional. Would definitely recommend for speed and efficiency.

Great service from beginning to end. Both Rehan and Dave were professional and knew what they were talking about. I came across several other companies who didn't inspire any confidence with regards fixing my tilt and turn windows. Window fixers did! Highly recommend them.

Having called Window Fixers with a seized patio door locking mechanism, they had someone round in a couple of hours. All repaired within 30mins with no hard sell for extra products and replacement panels (I had that from an established company). Great service. Will use them again and recommend to others.
